Introducing Our First-Ever Facility Audit

In an effort to continually elevate our standards, we launched a pioneering initiative with a facility audit across our commercial properties. This half-yearly audit, conducted by an external jury, assessed the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, with an emphasis on quality across three key areas: Overall maintenance, technical and soft services, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

We're proud to announce the winners of this prestigious audit:

Category 1: Properties with built -up area above 0.75 million sq. ft.

• Winner: Brigade Tech Gardens
• Runner-up: WTC Bengaluru services, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Category 2: Properties with built up area under 0.75 million sq. ft.

• Winner: Brigade Southfield and Orion Avenue Mall
• Runner-up: Brigade Deccan Heights
