World Trade Center Kochi - Tower 3

As part of our expansion plans, we are pleased to announce that we will be developing a third tower at the World Center Kochi. The agreement was signed in the presence of Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Brigade Group’s Executive Chairman M R Jaishankar and Jt. Managing Director Nirupa Shankar and other dignitaries. The new tower will be 16 storeys high with a car park of six decks; it will come up on the non-SEZ plot with a built-up space of 2.6 lakh square feet. This new tower of WTC will generate around 2700 direct jobs and the project is expected to be completed in three years.
