Brigade International Finance Centre (BIFC) is Brigade's inaugural project in Gujarat and outside South India, leveraging the advantages of Special Economic Zone (SEZ) benefits. Located in GIFT City, Ahmedabad, BIFC is strategically positioned to drive the region’s commercial growth with seamless access to Gandhinagar. BIFC offers innovative leasing solutions designed for the IT and Financial Services sectors, contributing to the vision of GIFT City as a global hub for finance and technology. Adding to this, Brigade is expanding the project with Tower 2, a 440,000 sq. ft. development.
