The clubhouse at Brigade Cornerstone Utopia is a fine amalgamation of aesthetics and architecture that fosters engaged communities.

Located at the rear of the Brigade Cornerstone Utopia element inspired by the site's shape encompassing an expansive area of 7400 sq.m. including the basement.

The structure was designed to have a sculptural quality, as there are a lot of tall buildings overlooking the green space and the club. Conceptualized as two ascending intersecting forms, one in a neutral earthy grey and the other in a celebratory cadmium yellow deep, the structure adds a dynamic visual aspect to the environment. The south-eastern orientation of the clubhouse opens up to a sprawling array of pools, water bodies, and leisure activities, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.

The main feature of the triple heighted lobby is the very faceted staircase that connects these levels. This distinctive feature serves as an anchor for visitors, visible from most movement spaces within the building. The material palette chosen for the common areas consists of greys and whites, with carefully placed accents of color. In contrast, the banquet areas show case pastel, brown, and beige shades, while the sports areas are designed with vibrant and colorful aesthetics.

On the lower floor, a range of facilities is offered, including banquet rooms, office spaces, a business center, a kids' play area, and various amenities and services. The upper floors house sports and recreation areas, featuring a theater, dedicated spaces for yoga and aerobics, and a gym. The sports facilities encompass a board games area, two squash courts, a table tennis area, and four badminton courts.

Additionally, an open banquet facility is planned on the terrace, providing a unique setting for events with a panoramic view.
