Brigade Group Signs MoUs with Tamil Nadu Govt., Boosting Employment and Economy

In its ongoing commitment to drive India's economic advancement, Brigade Group has taken a significant stride forward. The recent signing of two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the Government of Tamil Nadu signifies an investment exceeding ₹3400 crores in the state. This investment is poised to create employment opportunities for approx. 25,000 individuals over the next three to four years, marking a transformative chapter in India's economic narrative.

The first MoU, inked with the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, outlines Brigade's expansion plans in Chennai. This involves the development of two high-rise residential buildings in the IT hub of Sholinganallur, with an investment exceeding ₹2000 crores. The second MoU, with ELCOT, IT&DS, involves an investment of approximately ₹1400 crores for high-rise commercial and residential projects spanning various micro-markets, including Mount Road. These ambitious endeavors are projected to reach completion within the next three to four years.
