A 20-Year Journey with Brigade

Mr. Nataraj, Asst. VP-Projects, marks two decades with Brigade, reflecting on his incredible journey from an entry-level engineer to leading major projects and CSR initiatives that have significantly impacted local communities.

Celebrating my 20-year tenure at Brigade, a real estate firm dedicated to uplifting our communities, I look back at my growth from an entry-level Engineer-QC in February 2003, to participating in multiple significant projects and initiatives that have shaped my professional and personal life. I initiated my journey with Brigade Millennium, our first integrated enclave. Post-completion, I was involved in the development of Brigade Vintage & HS-4, Brigade Palmsprings, Brigade Petunia, and Brigade Meadows, the integrated enclave on Kanakapura road. Concurrently, I directed the Brigade Seven Gardens project. Presently, I am engaged with Brigade Nanda Heights, Brigade Komarla Heights, and Brigade Valencia.

Apart from property development, which includes integrated enclaves, malls, convention centers, MLCPs, and IT parks, Brigade’s distinction stems from our dedication to CSR initiatives and PPP model developments.

I am proud to contribute to several of these initiatives:

• The 24th main road development in JP Nagar, a PPP module project in 2006-07, providing city access from JP Nagar, thanks to the dedicated team and support from BBMP/BWSSB & GoK.


• A sanitary line connection project in 2014-15 provided sanitation to over 200 houses at Saaluhunise village, echoing Mahatma Gandhi's vision.


• We constructed an 80x120 feet sheltered auditorium for the Uttarahalli Govt School, enabling various activities for 2000+ students.


• A 100+ bed hospital is underway at Brigade Meadows, a significant healthcare initiative for surrounding villages, expected to start in April 2024.

I am grateful to the Chairman, senior management, and my colleagues at HO & Projects, as well as my family members, for their support during this long journey.

I look forward to many more years of making a positive impact through Brigade.
