Brigade showcase

Showcase is our flagship expo with the largest display of ongoing residential and commercial projects across the cities we are operational in. In fact, last year’s event saw the launch of 12 new residential projects. Homebuyers had a choice to browse through the projects on a specially designed virtual platform, in addition to site walk-ins. As always, Brigade Showcase was a stellar success.

In December of every year, we host our much-awaited Year-End Bonanza or YEB, which pulls in a significant crowd of homebuyers on the lookout for the ideal home at the ideal price. The last edition was no different, having achieved impressive numbers and ending the year on a high note

We kickstart almost every year with our anticipated Mega Home Fest. This year’s theme was ‘Everyone goes home a winner’, where any buyer would get an assured gift with each booking. It was a mega success, to say the least

We’re constantly thinking of ways to make it feasible for homebuyers to own their dream home. Through our ‘Flash Sale’, we were able to do just that. We offered home buyers attractive discounts on homes ranging from 1 to 4 BHKs, available only for a period of two days. This new approach definitely did see a good response and is bound to be a repeat.
