One World One Realty

One World, One Realty, a virtual Global PropTech Summit was held on 22^nd and 23^rd April’21 coinciding with World Earth Day. The summit aimed at defining a sustainability road map for the real estate and construction industry and was presented by Brigade REAP and HDFC Capital. This landmark summit was inaugurated by Shri Hardeep S Puri, Honorable Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs, Civil Aviation and MoS Commerce and Industry and Dr. Ashwath Narayan C N, Honorable Deputy Chief Minister, Government of Karnataka

The two-day virtual summit deliberated upon a series of topics on innovation and technology to create a more efficient and sustainable world. The summit addressed the issue of global warming, environmental concerns, the impact of emission and how the real estate and construction sector can come together, globally as one, to use technology and innovation to create a better world.

PropTech start-ups focused on sustainability presented real-time solutions at the summit. These included ZigZag Solar (Netherlands), WEGOT (India), Strawcture (India), Ricron (India), Square Yards, Facilio, Xpedize, Build Supply, Evercamp (UK), Metrikus (UK), Snaptrude (India) and Smart Vizx (India).
