Union Budget: Industry - Media Interface - 2020
WTC Bengaluru jointly with the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) had organised a ‘Union Budget: Industry-Media Interface-2020’. Commencing the session with the live screening of the Union Budget followed by a media interface, the objective was to analyse the Union Budget from an industry perspective and discuss its impact.
Strengthen business ties between India and Thailand
In an attempt to strengthen business ties between India and Thailand, a Business Matching event was organised. This was a joint initiative by WTC Bengaluru, Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Department of International Trade Promotion and Ministry of Commerce, Thailand.
Headed by the Hon’ble Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce, Thailand - H.E. Jurin Laksanawisit, many Indian companies connected with their Thai counterparts who were exploring growth opportunities beyond boundaries.

Business after Lockdown a Webinar
While a lot has changed in the business landscape the world over, there remains a lot that is uncertain. And how we brace ourselves for the future would determine how we succeed. Helping us better understand this, WTC along with the Indo American Chamber of Commerce organised a webinar on the best practices for Businesses post Lockdown. Speaking at the webinar, Mr. Vijaya Raghavan, Founder CEO - Technopark and Former Planning Board Member, Gov. of Karnataka elaborated on topics like creativity, productivity, knowledge gaining & sharing etc., in the new normal. The webinar also dealt with how businesses could work around the pandemic and emerge successful.
