Community vibrancy at the workspaces
Beating the Monday Blues
As Brigade’s tagline reads ‘Building Positive Experiences’, one such initiative to create positive vibes at the workspace, the group decided to delight the employees of the World Trade Center Bengaluru with a musician playing the Saxophone at the Atrium every Monday & Friday. Studies show that employee morale is lowest on a Monday morning and to beat the blues and to give them a trigger, the artiste at the lobby plays soothing music on the Saxophone.
Once employees enter the lobby, they are exposed to soothing tunes to calm their minds and this helps them kickstart their week better. Likewise, on Fridays, as employees leave work, the Saxophone tunes get peppier to get them unplugged for the weekend.
Pop-up Beer Garden @ the Northern Terrace
Another initiative of Brigade Group to break workspace stress and monotony was an event titled ‘The Beer Garden’. The event was exclusively curated for the employees of organisations working out of the World Trade Center, Bengaluru. Employees could savour 6 varieties of global craft beers, shop at various stores at the flea market, eat at specially curated restaurants and play fun games at the stalls along with variety of entertainment options. The live music band got thousands of people in the crowd tapping their feet and enjoying a fun filled evening.
