Brigade Real Estate Accelerator Program

Brigade REAP, Asia’s first accelerator focused on Proptech was launched in 2016 with a view to accelerate innovation in the Real Estate sector. Brigade REAP’s objective is to help early stage companies that are focused on bringing cutting-edge technologies into real estate space.

Through a bi-annual model, Brigade REAP has successfully completed 5 cohorts, mentoring 25 start-ups altogether.
Each cohort runs for a duration of 18 weeks.

In the 6th cohort, which is the ongoing batch at REAP, 5 start-ups were inducted into the program. These start-ups are helping solve some of the pressing problems in the industry.

image LiveSafe™ is an end to end Mobile/Wi-Fi/Cell tower radiation management solutions provider. LiveSafe™ detects and analyses radiation levels & provides cost-effective solutions to reduce the effects of radiation.
image Nytro is a subscription based car maintenance services company for car owners of gated communities and Corporate IT Parks. With their Nano-polymer technology, Nytro is able to wash a car with less than 250ml of water when compared to 20 liters otherwise. That’s 93.75% savings on water.
image Potholeraja, by leveraging technology, is helping make Indian roads pothole free. They use eco-friendly cold asphalt, plastic waste & crumb rubber to fix roads. With the aid of GPS locations, WhatsApp & flying drones, they track the potholes across the city to help fix them.
image PropVR is an AI based VR platform for the Real Estate industry, helping increase customer engagement and lead conversion in a cost-effective manner. The product is offered as a SaaS model to Real estate companies.
image IoTRONIX is devising smart solutions for the hospitality industry to provide a great customer experience to guests and also making hotels smarter and more energy efficient.


Awards & Accolades won by Brigade REAP Start-ups:

  • WEGoT, a Brigade REAP mentored start-up was selected as one of the 8 potential future  technologies at the Global Housing Technology Challenge 2019 which was inaugurated by Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi
  • BuildWorldTech, a global alliance conducted the first Proptech event in India where two of Brigade REAP’s start-ups were in the Top 3 winners list - Snaptrude was ranked 2nd while CREMatrix bagged the 3rd place
  • Two stellar start-ups from Brigade REAP’s stable Props{AMC} and WEGoT were featured among the Global Top 100 start-ups in the Proptech sector in the 4th global edition of KPMG’s Real Estate Innovation Overview 2019
  • This year’s list of Business Today’s Coolest Startups 2019 featured three start-ups mentored at Brigade REAP - Clairco, WEGoT and ECOSTP
  • Brigade REAP start-up - Strayos won top honours in Industrial AI category at the Accenture Venture Applied Intelligence Challenge 2019
  • WEGoT also won an award from Maharashtra Government at Maharashtra Start-up Week in the Smart Cities Infra Category 2019
  • The NASSCOM-CBRE Disruptech 2019 received 300 plus applications out of which only 13 top start-ups were shortlisted to present their case to an external jury of CTOs, investors and senior leadership from CBRE. The Top 3 winners at this event were from Brigade REAP - PropVR, QwikSpec and WEGoT
