The world comes to Thiruvananthapuram

Brigade Group signed an MOU with Technopark, Government of Kerala, for developing World Trade Center (WTC) at Technocity, Thiruvananthapuram on 11th February 2019. The MoU was signed by Shri Pinarayi Vijayan - Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala and  M R Jaishankar - CMD, Brigade Group in the presence of Roshin Mathew - ED & President Engineering and Hrishikesh - CEO, Infopark.

WTC Thiruvananthapuram will generate employment for 15,000 people while promoting the economy of the region as a global destination for international businesses, investors, local chambers and other associations. With a total development of 2.5 million Sq.ft., it is proposed to be part of a larger mixed-use development that will include hotels, serviced apartments, hostels for working professionals, neighbourhood retail and entertainment.
