14th March 2019 saw the launch of Brigade Group’s co-working brand - BuzzWorks! BuzzWorks derives its inspiration from the Bee, natures finest example of a collaborative species that works well as a team. ‘Your Vibe, Your Tribe’ - the tagline of BuzzWorks, reflects the brand’s ethos of creating a space with positive vibes, and an environment where one can find likeminded people, who share similar zest and zeal for life, their work and their passions. BuzzWorks provides a platform for them to come together and grow together.

Speaking at the launch event Nirupa Shankar, Executive Director, Brigade Group said “BuzzWorks will launch over 2,500 seats across 7 locations and 3 cities in the coming months. Our geographical locations will include Bangalore, Kochi and GIFT city to begin with. We plan to expand operations in other cities with time.”

Subrata K C Sharma, COO Commercial, Brigade Group said “BuzzWorks has received an overwhelming response even prior to its launch. We are proud to announce that our first centre is 100% booked and this has further motivated us to expand aggressively”.

The key USP of BuzzWorks will be its hybrid usage for both managed offices and coworking. Every BuzzWorks location will be tech-enabled ensuring that all administrative operations are conducted over the BuzzWorks mobile app. Resulting in quick and smooth operations. The interiors are designed to create a vibrant space with fixed and flexible seating options that can be customised to client needs. All locations will have basic features of high speed secured internet, security, housekeeping facilities, refreshments, events and community engagement activities. There will be relaxation and rejuvenation zones along with exclusive tie-ups with partners and other special offers with F&B service providers, gyms, salons etc. All members can avail these features once on board and can customise their office experience according to their preferences and usage.

Also speaking at the launch event M R Jaishankar, CMD, Brigade Group said “BuzzWorks will be a natural extension of our commercial office portfolio and a forward integration for our business. We have come full circle”.
