Brigade – Year in review

As 2018 comes to an end, it is time we look back at the milestones of success that have motivated us to raise the bar high in our quest to transform the skyline of the country. From informative events that educate first time home buyers on all they need to know about real estate investment to spectacular new launches with irresistible offers, it has been a great year for Brigade. Not to mention, we have also received a few prestigious awards, pushing us further to maintain our position as one of the leading property developers in India.

Important events of 2018

Brigade Mega Home Fest 2018
The Brigade Mega Home Fest 2018 was conducted during the month of February showcasing the best properties in North, South and East Bangalore. The fest was a huge success offering a complete exhibition of the Brigade properties in these regions with special offers and property advisors to guide you through the process. Held in Brigade Orchards, Brigade Mega Home North Fest offered customised tours of the 130-acre property. Brigade Atmosphere and Brigade Caladium were the other properties showcased in the fest. The Brigade East Fest was held in Whitefield with a key focus on Brigade Lakefront and Brigade Exotica. The South Fest, on the other hand, showcased the happening hubs of JP Nagar, Jayanagar and Banashankari.

Brigade NRI Home Fest 2018
Held in Park Regis Hotel, Bur Dubai, the Brigade NRI Home Fest was a class apart. The fest was conducted in October and showcased projects in Bangalore, Chennai, Chikmagalur, Mangalore, Hyderabad and Mysore, marking the completion of a decade of the Brigade Group in Dubai. Furthermore, the exhibition showcased over 30 projects with a starting price of just Rs. 33 Lakhs. It also offered 10 new launches, giving NRIs a wide range of options to choose from.

Brigade Showcase
As the name suggests, Brigade Showcase showcased the top Brigade properties in the leading cities of Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mangalore and Mysore to name a few. The fest was held in the Sheraton Grand Hotel, at Brigade Gateway, in the month of July.  It was spread over three glorious days with over 30 projects, including 9 new launches, starting at just Rs. 34 lakhs. Apart from luxurious apartments and penthouses, homeowners could also choose from villas, retirement homes and other signature residences.

Brigade Year End Bonanza
Held in The Lalit Ashok, Bangalore, during the month of December, the Brigade Year End Bonanza offered irresistible offers to make your journey of real estate investment easy and hassle-free. The biggest USP of this fest was the availability of subvention schemes for easy payback. This scheme was particularly useful for home buyers investing in under-construction properties since the developer pays against the interest of the home loan till the construction is complete. It also gave investors an assurance that the property will get handed over on time.

Awards received by Brigade
Awards and recognition signify growth and success, making us feel both honoured and humbled at the same time. 2018 was an impeccable year with a plethora of prestigious awards received.  Few of them are listed below:

• World Trade Centre Bangalore – built by the Brigade Group – won the award for Bangalore’s safest workplace for outstanding demonstration of “Safety and Security” amongst all the IT parks in Bangalore.
• Mr. Vineet Verma, Executive Director & CEO, Brigade Hospitality, was bestowed with the 'Hall of Fame' Award at the Food Food Awards 2018, held at Bangalore.
• Brigade was recognised as one of India's Top Builders at the CWAB AWARDS 2018.
• SiliconIndia awarded Brigade Orchards as the 'Smart Township Project Of The Year', at the 6th Annual SiliconIndia Bengaluru Real Estate Awards 2018.
• Brigade was awarded the prestigious 'Real Estate Luminary Award' for Exemplary Contribution to Real Estate. Furthermore, Orion Mall, built by the Brigade Group, was recognised as the 'Best Shopping Mall of the Year' at the Times Business Awards 2018.   
• Brigade won silver for the Best Social Media Brand of the Year (Real Estate) by Social Samosa at the SAMMIE Awards 2018.    
• Brigade Palmgrove won the "Premium Villa Project of The Year" award at the NDTV Property Awards 2018.
• Brigade Group has been recognised as a 'Bengaluru Hot 50' Brand. The award was presented at the 3rd edition of Bengaluru Brand Summit & Hot Brands 2018, organised by Paul Writer.

Apart from these prestigious awards, Brigade also ran a YouTube Masthead ad for the Year End Bonanza which majorly contributed to brand awareness and visibility.
