Brigade brings the world’s most sought-after business address to Chennai

Brigade has achieved yet another milestone in its strategic expansion plans with the foundation stone laying ceremony of the World Trade Center Chennai. The project is a joint venture between Brigade Enterprises Ltd. & Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC). World Trade Center Chennai will be a development of more than 1.8 million sq.ft. of premium office space spread across two towers with one of them being the tallest commercial structure in Chennai.

The project will be a landmark IT SEZ project in Chennai consisting of premium retail and hotel within the campus, designed to provide world-class infrastructure for the 21st-century workforce. The master plan and concept design is developed by world-renowned design, architecture, engineering & planning firm - HoK New York.
