Brigade REAP on-boards its 2nd batch

Applications for the new batch were opened on 2 February for a month. The team at REAP evaluated more than 350 startups and shortlisted 19 startups for the selection jury that met in the 2nd week of March. After two intense rounds of jury selection, the 2nd batch of 8 startups was on-boarded in the 1st week of April.

Day 2 of the session was a bonding session at an off-site along with the REAP team. These startups went through a day long session of curated indoor and outdoor activities. These activities were specifically created to achieve the following objectives:

• Build and enhance the level of trust cutting across levels of experience
• Understand the significance of transparency in obtaining success as entrepreneurs
• Ability to demonstrate passionate aggression with a sense of urgency
• Increase empathy and bonding within the cohort

The startups are currently being put through their paces in the Accelerator and are being mentored on product, technology, people, business, GTM and strategy.
