Brigade Tech Gardens The 21st Century Workplace

Brigade is developing one of its landmark IT SEZ project - Brigade Tech Gardens at Brookefields, off ORR in Bangalore. The project is a joint venture between Brigade Enterprises Limited and GIC Singapore. The master plan of the development is designed by the renowned Seattle based architectural firm NBBJ.
Brigade Tech Gardens will be a unique, flexible and sustainable Technology Community, designed for world-class technology companies looking for an environment that fosters innovation, promotes health, wellness and allows for the activity and social interaction that will be inherent in a new age workplace.
The Bhoomi Puja of this ambitious project was held on 18 January 2017. Brigade Tech Garden is a 3.3 mn sq. ft. commercial development which will see more than 3 mn sq.ft. of SEZ office space along with serviced residences, premium retail and F&B. The auspicious ceremony was attended by dignitaries from both Brigade and GIC Singapore.
