I am thankful to Mr. M. R. Jaishankar, our CMD for giving me the opportunity to be a part of Brigade, which is a process driven organisation. It has been a wonderful journey full of learning and I have grown at every step along with the company. I was almost a fresher when I started out on 3rd June 1996 in this field. All my seniors have been instrumental in moulding me into the professional I am today.  Especially, I would like to mention our CMD, from whom I have learnt a lot.

Also, I would like to mention the open work culture that gives everyone an equal opportunity without any prejudice. It’s been a great experience and I feel proud to be a part of Brigade!

I can’t believe it myself that I have completed 25 years of service at Brigade. I have coined out an acronym BOSS for myself that means ‘Best Of my Successful Story’. Yes, my Boss has played a tremendous part in elevating my career and professional life. I am proud to be a Brigadier. I would like to thank all my seniors, reporting staff, all department heads, colleagues etc., for their cooperation and support.

When I look back over the last 26 years of my association with Brigade, I am immensely pleased and take great pride in being a part of its growth story. Having had the good fortune of working for Mr. M. R. Jaishankar - CMD, since my first day at Brigade, has not only given me a ringside view of the business but also has enhanced my learning over the years. I have cherished every moment of my journey with the company, working with a visionary CMD and always eagerly look forward to scripting his thoughts into words. It would not be out of place to say that Brigade has a special place in my life.

I joined Brigade in 1994, when we were just a company with 25-30 employees. Today, we are over thousand Brigadiers. Just in a span of a little over 20 years, the company has seen phenomenal growth. This wouldn’t have been possible if not for the mutual trust among Brigadiers and the shared vision of our CMD - Mr. M. R. Jaishankar.

Adopting new systems & policies to strengthen the growing requirements of the company has worked well in supporting our growth path. With its commitment to quality, transparency and delivering value for money, Brigade has won millions of hearts and is poised to reach greater heights in the next 30 years to come.

Celebrating 22 years with Brigade

 

I have been with Brigade for nearly 16 years. My best experiences were the interactions I had with the customers who I used to take for site visits. I knew that my company was ‘good’ but I began to realise that it is actually ‘great’ when customers spoke highly of it. I have always felt proud and happy to be working here and now, as the Chauffeur of Mr. M. R. Jaishankar - CMD, I would like to thank him for his kind appreciation of my service.

Celebrating 16 years with Brigade

 

As I recall my interview on 11th June 2001, a feeling of nostalgia and sense of achievement takes over. 15 years ago I walked into the Brigade office on Brigade Road and today I have risen along with the company to the top of the World Trade Center Bangalore. Today, as a Sr. Coordinator at Brigade, I would like to thank all my seniors and colleagues who supported me in my career growth. Being closely involved in the various activities of the company, I feel a strong sense of ownership and appreciate the approachable & supportive management. The truth be told, Brigade has given me the platform to grow and excel.
