Heading West - Brigade in GIFT City, Gujarat

With an investment of over 5 billion INR, Brigade will develop a total 1.1mn sq.ft. with scope for further enhancement across offices and hotel at Gift City.

The current development consists of flexible office towers in SEZ and an ibis STYLES International Business Hotel.
Brigade SEZ will have a total development of more than half a million sq.ft., of flexible office space of which the first phase of 2,68,000 sq.ft., has been launched. The 14 storey office tower will primarily cater to the office space requirements of the BFSI and technology companies based on the International Financial Services Centre status of GIFT City.

At the ground-breaking ceremony, Mr. M. R.
