A symposium on the Electrical Design of Advanced Packaging and Systems was held in December 2014 in Bangalore by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). One of the main events in the IEEE’s Asia Pacific region, it was supported by WTC Bangalore.
